My twenty years of emergency nursing have allowed me to be involved in the care of patients of all ages, working with cardiac, trauma, and stroke patients and many others. I analyze and review medical charts on a daily basis. In the past five years, I've worked as a Nursing Supervisor managing staff, schedules, policy, and procedures. Most recently I am employed as a Nurse Manager in a Free Standing ER, which includes adhering to COLA lab standards and JACHO standards.
